I just received a call from Senator Rubio's office saying he is withdrawing his support for the PIPA Bill and that he is urging Harry Reid to postpone the voting date.
Rubio was a co-sponsor of this bill and because of the calls from the public and our meeting yesterday, he has changed his position.
I urge you to call you local Representative and tell them to vote NO on the SOPA & PIPA Bills!
Seriously - marvelous job so far, to all those who attended and helped make this meeting possible.
Everyone else: keep those phone calls, emails, and random drop-ins coming. Also please take a moment to write Senator Rubio a brief thank-you note for his ground-breaking withdrawal of support for PIPA.
